Each has its own altitude, sun exposure, soil and coffee variety, allowing Ipanema to work with them as distinct lots rather than treating the farm as one uniform harvest.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"monday-block-1\"\u003eBlack H38 comes from one of these plots. Grown entirely with Yellow Paraiso, the cherries are left to dry naturally on the tree before being harvested, then dried further on patios and in vertical dryers.
