What You Will Do
Your main job is to pack and prepare coffee orders so they reach our customers on time and in great condition. Day to day, this means:
- Pick, pack, weigh, seal, and label coffee orders for our retail and wholesale customers
- Help the roasting team with sorting coffee beans
- Check stock levels and rotate inventory to keep products fresh
- Prepare orders for courier pick-up with the correct paperwork and labels
- Keep the packing and storage areas clean and tidy
- Support product preparation for events and pop-ups from time to time
- Support the Fulfilment Executive with export documentation and paperwork when needed
Working Hours (Full-Time)
- Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
- No weekends
Working Hours (Part-Time)
- 3 to 4 days a week, weekdays only (to be discussed)
- 8.30am to 5.00pm (to be discussed)
- Minimum 6 hours, maximum 9 hours per shift

- Takes care with their work and pays attention to detail
- Is comfortable with physical work — lifting, standing, and staying active throughout the shift
- Is reliable and shows up on time
- Works well with others and communicates openly
- Picks things up quickly and is happy to adapt
- Has an interest in coffee — or is keen to learn about it
