Sirinya Mae Suai is a family-run farm in Doi Chang, Thailand, led by Supon “Goh” Chaosuwanvilai. Alongside his work in coffee, Supon has long felt drawn toward the study of theology, guided by a desire to serve his community with greater intention. That pursuit has shaped how he approaches coffee: as a practical, grounded way to create stability, dignity, and opportunity for those around him.
Many of the farmers Supon works with come from marginalised and stateless communities, where access to education and long-term income remains uncertain. His focus is on sharing knowledge, improving processing standards, and equipping others to grow specialty-grade coffee is something we deeply connect with. As roasters, supporting producers like Supon allows us to invest in work that reflects both quality and positive impact.
This coffee also speaks to a broader intention. Asian-grown coffees are often unfairly positioned compared to more established producing regions. By choosing coffees like this, we hope to help shift that perspective and highlight the care, skill, and potential present across origins like Thailand.
In the cup, this natural expression is smooth and lightly syrupy, opening with juicy red plum, carrying gentle raisin-like sweetness, and finishing with soft notes of ripe red peach and red florals.
Recommended to rest beans for 7-10 days from roast date before consuming.
