There’s a familiarity to Brazilian coffees that many return to: a sense of warmth, softness, and ease that sits comfortably in the cup.
Sitio da Torre comes from Mantiqueira de Minas, a region shaped by altitude and steady cultivation. The farm itself carries a long lineage, passed through generations with a focus on both quality and environmental care. Over time, this continuity has shaped coffees that feel composed and consistent, rather than expressive for the sake of it.
We selected this lot for its restraint. It’s been some time since we’ve featured a classic, nut-driven Brazil for filter, and this stood out for its clean finish and quiet balance across cups.
In the cup, it opens with a soft butterscotch sweetness, moves into a rounded cashew note, and settles into a lingering nougat finish. The profile is steady and approachable, with a lower acidity that makes it an easy starting point for those exploring filter coffee.
It’s the kind of coffee that fits seamlessly into the day; not demanding attention, but offering a consistent, reassuring presence with every brew.
Recommended to rest beans for 7-10 days from roast date before consuming.
